|  Image Pros provides the client with a working agreement and/or estimate
 for all projects.
We will not incur any expenses in excess of the budget without the client's
advance approval.
Image Pros may apply reasonable handling and administration charges to
reimbursable items that pass through our account with the knowledge and
understanding of the client.
We do not undertake speculative work or proposals (spec work) in which
a client requests work without providing compensation and without developing
a professional relationship that permits us sufficient access to the client to
provide a responsible recommendation.
Image Pros does not work on assignments that create potential conflicts of
interest without the client's prior consent.
We treat all work and knowledge of the client's business as confidential.
We provide realistic design and production schedules for all projects, and will
notify the client when unforeseen circumstances may titleer those schedules.
Image Pros will clearly outline all intellectual property ownership and usage
rights in a project proposal or estimate.
